We have received the news with sorrow that the fire that broke out this morning (1 October) at an hospital in Constanta, Romania, caused loss of lives and injuries.

We convey our condolences to the families of the victims who lost their lives in the tragic event, to the friendly people of Romania as well as the Government of Romania and wish speedy recovery to the injured.
