H.E. Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs, will participate in the High Level Segment of the 43th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, held in Geneva from 24 to 26 February 2020.

Deputy Minister Kaymakcı will address the Human Rights Council on 26 February 2020 and hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts.
