H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, will participate in the informal meeting to be held with the participation of Foreign Ministers of the EU member states and candidate countries in Amsterdam on 5-6 February 2016, upon the invitation of H.E. Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/the Vice President of the Commission and H.E. Bert Koenders, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands currently holding the EU Presidency. The informal meeting format in question, also known as “Gymnich Meetings”, gives the opportunity to exchange views on foreign policy developments concerning the EU.

During the meeting, the participants will exchange views on current regional and global developments.
